2- When wc are moving into new areas of growth we sometimes need to be shown the way, and the halter is a symbol of this leading forward into new creativity. We are, as it were, being taken by the head and shown what we need to see.
3- We may be also experiencing some spiritual restraint.

If somebody is taking a halter away from you: somebody is going to haggle with you.
